🏢 Marco Comercial & Técnico de Licenciamiento On-Premise
Versión: 2.0
Publicación: Septiembre 2026
Entidad: GMR Solutions (>> Science in Action)

1
Executive Summary
GMR Reports On-Premise and Self-Hosted licensing is explicitly engineered for banking institutions, financial entities, government agencies, and regulated enterprises that, due to regulatory mandates (GDPR, PCI-DSS, local banking regulations) or internal cybersecurity policies, cannot transmit customer data or financial transactions outside their secure network perimeter.
Unlike the public cloud SaaS model, On-Premise licensing grants the full right to execute GMR Reports libraries, native rendering engines, and containers directly within customer private data centers or dedicated sovereign clouds, guaranteeing Zero-Data Retention (ZDR) and 100% Air-Gapped operation (zero phone-home, zero external telemetry).
2

Technical & Compliance Guarantees
🔒
Strictly Air-Gapped Operation
On-premise licenses do not require online license servers or report telemetry back to GMR. Activation is handled via embedded cryptographic RSA/Ed25519 license keys or signed license payloads for total network isolation.
⚡
Zero-Data Retention (ZDR)
Document compilation and rendering occur strictly in volatile RAM (L1/L2 cache). Runtime data payloads, JSON structures, and rendered PDFs are never persisted to local disk unless commanded by your application.
🛡️
BouncyCastle Native Security
Built-in document encryption supporting AES-128 / AES-256 bits, separate user and owner passwords, and granular access flags (disabling printing, text copy, or form modification per corporate policy).
5
Service Level Agreement (SLA) Support Matrix
| Severity Level |
